Our Team provides modern, eco-friendly homes throughout Ireland.  Working with Local Authorities and Approved Housing Bodies we develop new-build houses and apartments from one bedroom units for individuals to three and four bedroom homes for families of all generations. Under the Rebuild Ireland government initiative we also re-purpose derelict buildings into residential units.

In line with modern trends towards decentralisation and the reduction of work commutes we have developed a programme of sustainable employment hubs throughout the Country. These innovative buildings provide the space and technology to enable remote working, bringing numerous positive opportunities to the local workforce and communities in which they live and transact.

Inspired by the governments “Our Shared Future” plan and Sláintecare’s “Implementation to stay at home and still receive the best of care” initiative we have developed bespoke Elderly Care and Assisted Living residential units that provide the residents with every comfort of their family home whilst at the same time allowing for increasing medical care, should it be required, in later life.
