Remcoll Capital work each day to find partnerships that can improve lives. We are active in all aspects of social provision with particular expertise in social and private housing, and health and employment infrastructure. We also focus on age-specific and sheltered accomodation for socially vulnerable groups, including the Housing First programme.
We work closely with Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs), such as Respond, Focus Ireland and Peter McVerry Trust, and local authorities to deliver complete residential developments that meet their standards of accommodation and estate management criteria.

We design tailor-made investment plans with a project by project focus to attain your investment goals. RCL are uniquely positioned in the Irish property market, with decades of combined property experience at your disposal.

In the current economic and political landscape, AHBs are growing in responsibility and we aim to support their responsibility by proffering our experience and expertise in delivering turnkey projects on-time, on-budget and in a cost-effective manner.
Remcoll Capital have identified the core issues that exist in the relationship between the private sector and AHBs / Local Authorities - the public sector. We are prepared to disrupt the conventional supply chain by allowing the public sector to capitalise on our financial flexibility and pragmatic decision making process.
